PURE SUPPORT Compression Knee Sleeve - Best Knee Brace for Meniscus Tear, Arthritis, Quick Recovery, etc. - Ideal for Running, CrossFit, Basketball and other Sports - Single Wrap

I bought two of these about a month ago. I thought they'd be OK for the job, but am I ever impressed and that takes a lot when it comes to things like this. I need to have one for each knee and they are lightweight, fit evenly without bunching, and will absolutely NOT roll down from the top. I weigh about 10.5 stone and bought the large size so I could wear them over long underwear. I tend to wear these at night as they are very comfortable and keep my knees supported so they don't twist when I turn over. They do not sweat (this is February right now), but if they did I have some 'liquid' baby powder I can put on if needed.

If I have having a painful day, I wear them UNDER a set of support neoprene knee wraps from my physio that are pliable and breathe (the ones with the hole over the kneecap). Even with the two layers, I am comfortable enough to walk my regular 2 miles a day. They do not pinch! Otherwise, I just wear the neoprene ones which have a nice cushy feel to them. Then wear the Pure ones at night. They wash very well and go back to their original shape if I have had them stretched over the long johns. If it's not such a cold day, I slip some compression stockings over my knees which I have cut off at the shin. Feels good. But they are fine on their own if you don't need added warmth.

Hopefully they will do the job and once my dodgy knees are better, I will only need them for maintenance during the day and can discontinue using the supports from my physio. They are not ugly, and if wearing shorts, I'd feel OK about them showing. Or if I wear thin joggers, I will put them on the outside.

If I lose more weight, down to 10 stone, I might try the medium size if these lose their elasticity. But looking at the inner structure, I don't think that will happen any time soon!

Well worth the £12 price for each... this is a well-made product and I can only recommend you try one yourself!

I bought the support as i was in terrible pain in my left knee due to arthritus. I have been told it is down to bone on bone.
This support is fantastic and i finally have some relief ! Able to reduce medication and not have such terrible pain.

I am currently suffering from knee pain when walking down hell or after a short period time walking. I am a little bit concerned due to my holiday is coming up. So i have decided to purchase this item and give it a go. I am very surprised how good it is. My knee is around 41cm, so i bought the size S. It fit nicely, it is a little bit tight, but wont be uncomfortable. It did tighten up my knee area and give it support. Now every time when i about to take a longer walk, i put this one on, then i found it my knee pain is much better now. Thinking maybe should buy a pair for my mum as well. 5 stars.

I was getting a few twinges in my left knee when exercising down the gym. My GP said it wouldnt be a problem and would repair itself over time.

I purchased the PURE SUPPORT Compression Knee Sleeve to see if it would provide a measure of relief. It feels a little heavy to wear at first until you get used to it but does a great job in supporting my knee. Had several sessions using it now and hasn't lost any of its strength or ability to regain its shape.

Looks cool as well like the bionic man!

Bought for my partner. She says it's the best knee support she's used. She's tried a few, including one of the patella type straps, which was also good, but stretched. So far this has been worn regularly and is provides good support.
Size guide worked well, ordered medium. She was towards the bottom of the size range, and is happy with the compression level.
She also said it stays in place, and she's not continually needing to pull it up. She does HIIT training, boxercise, spin cycling, and cardio aerobics, and it stays put.

Have tried other ones that looked like this but this one is a whole new experience. Not taken pain killers since I started wearing it. Can now go up and down stairs without much pain. Works far beyond my expectations and can be worn for hours at a time with out re positioning.

This has really helped with my knee pain and I'm really glad I purchased it. I would recommend, just as the sellers do, that if you are on the borderline of size measurement to order the next size up, I originally ordered a small, being just in the bracket for that size, but it was far too tight for me and I had to order a medium instead as the small was just too painful to wear.

I'm very happy with the medium, it fits nicely, keeps everything in place and has reduced the swelling and pain and my knee immensely. I can definitely tell the difference in pain levels when I'm not wearing it compared to when I am.

Very comforable, appliance, with good, but unrestrictive support for the knee when tyring to sit or rise. Can be discreetly worn under trousers without being visible! Very easy to use, just pull on and off, no fiddly straps to bother with! Can be worn for hours without being uncomfortable. Recommended.

These feel very good and secure when on. My main problem is arthritic knees and these supports do give a secure feeling when walking - as though they are holding everything together! That's fine with me as it makes shopping, walking around the house and on uneven ground much easier. However, they don't help going up stairs and steps as this problem comes from direct weight bearing on knees.

I ordered this after having a problem with my knee for 3 months now had a X-ray but that only shows fractures or broken bones not torn ligaments ,cartilage or other damages so apart from physio self referral at the doctors or wait for a MRI I was at a loss painkillers no use or rub gels don't work this support has been such a big help I can bend my knee to kneel down to vacuum etc more support when I am walking , knee not giving way, walk the dog better in the park as the impact when walking sends a pain shooting into my knee I would definitely recommend this to help you until you get phsyio or other medical treatment or waiting for a torn ligaments to repair itself
